Emporium Pies: feat. Blue Steel pie . . The Blue Steel blueberry pie had a flaky, buttery top and bottom. However, the back crust was very dry. I still liked the pie itself because it was stuffed with blueberries. The pinch of lemon and vanilla gave it a tart taste and reminded me of an apple pie. It had been way too long since my last visit to @velvettaco so naturally I had to try some new tacos! I still ordered the buffalo chicken (my go to fav), but I also ordered the annatto shredded pork and the shrimp and grits ???????? To be completely honest, the pork didn't exactly work for me but I LOVED the shrimp and grits. Tbh I just want a bowl of the blackened shrimp bc it was divine ???? #velvettaco #thefoodromantic
