In a recent Kanye West music video, a ridiculously fit woman flashdances her way across a room and right into my #bodygoals binder. When I need a little extra motivation to head to yoga, I refer to said video, and immediately hunt for my lululemon leggings. But I can’t just whip out Kanye’s “Fade” music video wherever I go. It’s explicit! So where’s a girl to find some motivation that’s safe to glimpse anywhere? On Instagram, of course. And thanks to these local trainers and fitness instructors, I can stay Dallas proud while I scroll.
