This circa 1967 house was redesigned and expanded in 2008. It now has landscape architecture by Hocker Design and silver LEED certification. Nearly every room in the 6,756-square-foot house has access to the patios, pool, and yard. Exposed brick walls mix with creative touches such as the glass-walled “bridge” connecting the main house to the game room, guest bedroom, and bath suite above the three-car garage.
