If you’re never given Dr. Peay’s Booty Camp a go, it’s good news for you. You can try it out for free next week. Give the fitness program a trial run and sign up for either a morning or evening class to see if you think it’s your cup of tea (no sugar, of course). Dr. Peay, a chiropractor who founded the COREhealth Wellness Center, created this boot camp so that attendees could enjoy a weight loss program without the yelling, scramming, and puking associated with military-style “boot camps.” Phew. Pick a class between Wednesday, May 18 and Friday, May 20 to see what it’s all about. Sessions include a 5:50 am-er and a 6:20 pm-er. Get in on the action by RSVPing to the lead trainer, Billy Young, at [email protected].
