Mrs. Burk C. Murchison is the wife of the owner and manager of American Micro-Fare, processors of a variety of frozen food products under the “Cowboy Kitchen” label. Mary Murchison is active on the committees for the Crystal Charity Ball, Metropolitan Opera Southwestern Hospitality Board, and Cattle Baron’s Ball. She’s board member of TACA, Dallas Civic Opera Project Development and DCO Women’s Association, and the March of Dimes.
