California-based build-your-own pizza restaurant, Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, is opening its first Texas outpost. The fast-casual concept got its start in Irvine California in 2012, and has since expanded across the country. The pizza restaurant is slated to move into The Centre at Preston Ridge (8400 Gaylord Parkway) in Frisco this May.

The restaurant is set up in an assembly-line format, and the menu offers a selection of pre-designed 11-inch pies such as the Art Lover with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, and red sauce; the White Top with white cream sauce, mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, and arugula; and the Green Stripe with pesto drizzled grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, chopped garlic, mozzarella, and arugula.

Diners can also build their own pie from a laundry list of toppings that includes crumbled meatballs, arugula, goat cheese, zucchini, vegan cheese, and more. There’s also a gluten-free crust available.

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza also offers a selection of wine, and local beer on draft, salads, and a s’more pie for dessert.
