Jon Alexis is one busy man. He and his wife,Natalie, just welcomed their first baby and birthed a new restaurant. Gone is the original market in Preston Forest and on Saturday the new location of TJ’s will open up the road in Preston Royal. Like the location on Oak Lawn, TJPR will have a dining room and bar as well as a full seafood market with take-out food.
The opening will be softer than a baby’s butt. The restaurant and bar are not quite ready and they won’t have their “normal” full fresh seafood selection. Jon and staff will be on hand to show off the new digs which includes a smart TV with YouTube. Alexis is filming a series of “how to” videos and when customers have a question, he’ll flip on a demo video.
