In the past, people have asked me for a list of private chefs to call and cater a party at their house. I’ve never been much help. Today, comes a report and a calling to create such a list.
Last week Chef Rene Peeters of Watel’s came into our home and made an awesome dinner that included a hands-on cooking lesson. It was a very fun evening and we would like to do this more often. Is there a lists of chefs who will do this – specifically restaurant chefs or former restaurant chefs who are know for certain styles of foods or signature dishes? We want to plan another party, so would love to hear ideas, experiences, and suggestions from Side Dishers.
