The Queen of Dallas cheese, Dallas Mozzarella Company’s Paula Lambert, will host a participation cooking class at Urbano Café in Dallas on June 18. The class starts at 11:00AM and runs until 1:00PM when you get to sit down and eat the fruits of your labor.

Bruschetta with Goat Cheese and Tomatoes
Watermelon, Yellow Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
Risotto Salad with Fresh Herbs, Fennel, Orange & Arugula Salad
Green Salad with Creamy Gorgonzola Dressing
Crespelle with Herbed Ricotta
Herbed Goat Cheese Tart
Trenette with Basil Pesto
Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella.
