Lemmongrass Asian Bistro is East Wind Redux. You remember East Wind, the popular spot that moved to Uptown in 2003? The same folks are back in Deep Ellum–owner Khoa Nguyen and executive chef and consultant Tuyet Davis opened the doors to their new spot yesterday. Perhaps the opening of the DART Green line in September will encourage other spots to pop up soon. Lemmongrass is open for lunch and dinner. They offer a three-course lunch for $10.95. 2711 Elm across from Club Dada.
