Color me fish-hating-and-stupid, I’d never heard of Kotta Sushi in Frisco until two minutes ago when a lively little press release popped into my inbox. (Nice.) In fact, I’d completely forgotten about The Shops at Starwood. Anywhoo, if you have been you’ll be happy to know they are offering some deals.
