i Fratelli Ristorante and Wine Bar in Irving is serving up $3 Bellinis and lemoncellos (a frozen concoction that I can only hope is made with the real thing) every Wednesday from morning ’til night. Bit o’ trivia: Does anyone know where the bellini was invented? Here’s a hint. I ordered one last summer at the very restaurant and paid 17 euros for a teeny tiny glass. Yowsah!
