“Opulence” isn’t the kind of word you can toss around lightly. It’s not like “lovely” or “elegant,” which can be sprinkled rather sparingly (usually by me) to describe a variety of subjects. Situated on one of the largest lots in the exclusive, gated Place de Vosges development, #9 was completely remodeled by New York design firm Zajac Callahan upon its originally completion in 2003, elevating it to level of luxury all its own. Think custom P.E. Guerin 18k gold braided doorknobs, a wrought iron stairway, a gold leaf domed ceiling, and lots and lots of marble.
Basically, the original owner totally pimped out the already luxurious 3901 Turtle Creek Boulevard #9.
