Thumbs down to city councilmember Diane Ragsdale for inexcusable stupidity. Unless you want to believe that the harassing phone calls to COPS (Citizens Offering Police Support) member Carrie Delano were made from Ragsdale’s home without her knowledge, two conclusions are possible: Ragsdale made the calls, or she knows who made the calls. Either way, such sophomoric actions betray the coun-cilwoman’s own constituents and weaken support for the valid issues she espouses. Ragsdale should realize that such antics play right into the hands of her worst enemies.
