The Texas Attorney General is all over Lifetime Fitness for leaving customer data like Social Security and credit card numbers lying around outside in trash bins all over the Dallas area. (Hence my membership under the name “Rusty Shackleford.”)
The AG’s next targets should be 24 Hour Fitness, because they’re not really open 24 hours, and Panda Express, because despite the name’s promise I was disappointed to learn they don’t actually serve Panda.
