OH, NO, OZONA

|

Bless their hearts. The good news: When my wife, a friend, and I went there last night for some appetizer-eating and porch-sitting, the service was much, much better. The bad news: Right before we left, we met the unofficial Ozona mascot. A baby opossum. There it was, crawling down the side of the restaurant and then along the bric-a-brac outside. Those who worked there acted as though the baby opossum’s appearance was not a first (“You should see the mom.”). Those who did not weren’t as amused. Hint to Ozona: Either call animal control to get rid of it, or put it on the menu so people will know it’s fresh.
