Well, there you have it. Two things, for now: 1) Mickey Blum rooked the DMN. I mean, there’s a big difference between “too close to call” and “landslide.” 2) Leppert needs a new haircut. I just watched his acceptance speech. Words came out of his mouth, and we’ll (hopefully) figure out what they mean in the days to come, but I couldn’t help but think, as I listened to him, That guy needs a decent haircut. I’m not saying he needs a $400 John Edwards special. But the way his hair hangs just over the top of ears, straight down, almost as if he cut it himself — it just ain’t Dallas. If the gay guy loses, is it too much to ask the straight one to pay a little attention to his hair?
