Stockyards in the US are going to have to beef up their operations if they are going to keep Dallas in Prime steaks. Gene Street sez he’s gonna open a “knocked-out, I mean a super-knocked-out macho Silver Fox” in the old Star Canyon spot at the Centrum. Street is moving Mark Loeb, his number one Silver Fox dude, from the Grapevine location to run the restaurant. No Trigger, no Bambi, no Simba. Just dead cows and fish.
