Koll Development CEO Steve Van Amburgh gave the keynote address at some Property Opportunities conference this morning. I wasn’t there, but this guy was. Van Amburgh reportedly said the Dallas-Fort Worth market is in “the corporate bulls eye.” That’s a good thing, I’m guessing.
