I’m a little late in getting to this story, and I apologize. Diana Newton went shopping at the JCPenney in Westminster, Calif. Little did she know that a mannequin laid in waiting to pounce on her, bloody her scalp, crack her tooth, and give her reason to sue, sue, sue.
