Much was made months ago of Monte Anderson and his redo of the Belmont Hotel at Dilbeck Court in Oak Cliff. (DallasCEO profiled him in its inaugural issue.) Now Anderson has outsourced the hotel’s management to Access Hotel Advisors. Makes sense. The former is more developer than hotel-runner. Looks like he found a good’un. Access also manages The Melrose.
