get better than this genuine midcentury modern on one of University Park’s most coveted streets (read: prime Dallas real estate). It’s within walking distance to Preston
Center! Built in 1955, this four-bed, three-bath home, on a typical UP quarter-acre lot, has 3,566 square feet—considered a
really large home back them. Another plus: 3521 Villanova Dr. is practically a one-owner home; the current owner
bought it from the original owner a few years after it was built. But the best part is how well he lovingly maintained it. Walk inside and you will see Loretta Young in the kitchen. Wait—Loretta never really cooked; she floated around. Maybe you’ll spot Donna Reed, in
her apron, talking on the telephone in the phone nook.
Actually, this is
more of a June Cleaver house. It’s minimally updated (think newer appliances),
but that doesn’t matter, because you will find the real midcentury McCoy in

someone buy this home. But if you tear this one down, June’s gonna get the Beaver
after you.
