107 Nueces Trail is a Mediterranean mansion with nearly 20,000 square feet of living space and more amenities than your average hotel. Step into the foyer, and you’ll spot a subterranean wine cellar and tasting room through the glass floor panel. Head upstairs to take a peek at the private movie theater with rows of lounge chairs.
