The Dallas Arboretum Announces Chef Lineup for Its Food and Wine Festival

Get out there and eat.

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden announced today the lineup of chefs that will be featured in its third annual Food and Wine Festival. Falling on March 21 through 23 this year, this is the spring fest that has you romping through the Dallas Blooms floral parterres as you nibble.

Thursday’s “A Grand Tasting” on March 21 is an evening of walking and indulging in bites from almost 40 chefs and vendors. Friday night features a far more intimate, seated, five-course wine-pairing “Vintners’ Dinner,” with a roster of 10 of the city’s most high-profile chefs, each cooking for a table. (See the lists of chefs for both events below. And act fast. Some tables have already sold out.)

The three-day festival rounds out on Saturday with an all-day conference and farm-to-table dinner. Conference topics include food trends and clean, green eating.
