United Commercial Development has purchased 46 acres of land to develop a grocery store at Windsong Ranch, located at the northeast corner of U.S. Highway 380 and Gee Road in Prosper. Ken Reimer, Edward Bogel, and David Davidson Jr. of Venture Commercial’s Land Division brokered the sale with the seller, Terra Verde Group.
