First Choice Emergency Room has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Hickory Creek Crossing, southwest of FM 2181 and IH 35, Suite 3 in Hickory Creek. Blake Shipp of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord in lease negotiations.
