Gander Mountain Co. has leased 30,705 square feet of industrial space at 3775 Childress in Mesquite. Bob Ginsburg and Amy Nott with CBRE represented the tenant in the deal. Jeff Kittleson and Daniel Taylor, also with CBRE, represented the landlord, AMA Associates.
