Surplus Group LLC has leased 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 2121 Santa Ana in Dallas. Chris Stout and Joe Whitmer of Transwestern represented the tenant in the deal. Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn represented the landlord.
