She found a recipe from Crescent Club chef Helen Duran that sounded good: lavender orange pork loin with basmati rice. Mmm. But it calls for a half cup of “Agria,” with a cap “A.” In parens, it is described as “bitter orange juice.” Well, My Fair Lady has searched high and low for the stuff. The good people at Central Market had never heard of it.
