Three undercover cops are on restrictive duty after allegedly participating in “inappropriate sexual contact” during a prostitution bust at a massage spa. Isn’t the point of a prostitution sting to engage in at least a little bit of sexual contact in order to nab the suspects? Maybe the internal investigators just wanted an excuse to watch that sexy surveillance footage.
