We upstairs in edit land have endured much with the latest office move: long hallways, a lack of natural light, inexplicably bad coffee. But those things are not exactly dangerous. While we do not know what it is that has been making the noise that Silva is inspecting (pictured at left, with the Vanna White stylings of Ryan Mendenhall), we are all convinced that it is terribly life-threatening. It sounds as though electricity is sparking next to a vat of gasoline. Loudly and often. The clickclickclick has increased in duration and frequency over the past few days. Let’s hope it ends … peacefully.
