The Superficial passes along word that Warner Bros. cannot release the Jessica Simpson vehicle (heh, heh) Dukes of Hazzard until they sort out some legal stuff. Apparently, there was a 1975 movie called Moonrunners that inspired DoH. You can read a screen grab of the court summary here.
