The Hunky empire (that gay olde hamburger emporium on the corner of Cedar Springs and Throckmorton) is expanding. They are opening a new burger shop in the old Gennie’s Bishop Grill location at Bishop Arts District in Oak Cliff. Also, their sister eatery — Buster’s Tex Mex–is opening in the former Baja Fresh spot at Knox and Central. Both should open this summer.
