Advanced Auto Parts has acquired a 1-acre tract of land at the southeast corner of Big A Road and Rowlett Road in Rowlett. Jack Weir of The Retail Connection represented the buyer. Edward Bogel, David Davidson Jr., and Amy Pjetrovic of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Connor W. Patman.
