Sale: Parcels at North Tarrant Parkway and Park Vista Boulevard

Lustig Land Holdings has acquired a 1-acre land tract on the southeast corner of North Tarrant Parkway and Park Vista Boulevard in North Fort Worth. The seller, Tarrant Vista Partners, LLC, was self-represented.  In a separate transaction, Lustig sold a 2-acre tract on the southwest corner of the same intersection. The buyer, LG North Tarrant and Park Vista, LLC, was self-represented. Edward Bogel and David Davidson, Jr. of Venture Commercial represented Lustig Land Holdings LLC in both transactions.
