SRMT Parkwood Crossing LLC purchased 52,272 square feet of land at the southeast corner of Parkwood Blvd. and SH 121 in Plano. Mitch Traub of The Retail Connection represented the buyer and Jim Ziegler of Pegasus Ablon represented the seller, USL Frisco LLC.
