Arcadia Realty Corp., a Dallas-based developer specializing in mixed-use, master-planned communities, has purchased 140 acres of land on State Highway 205 and FM 249 south of Interstate 30 in Rockwall.
The site, which offers easy access to shopping, dining, and area highways, has been designated for 276 homes and 28 surrounding acres of open green space and parks.
Mark Boone of Irving-based Realty Capital Management LLC represented the seller in the transaction.
