Thumbs Down to Berry “Big Chief” Grubb, the former DART board member who had the gall to use his 1/32 American Indian status to get “disadvantaged business” treatment from the transit agency. Obviously DART needs to get its teepee in order on the revolving-door syndrome, but people like Grubb give affirmative action programs a bad name.
