To the Dallas Landmark Commission, for meddling in Catholic Diocese of Dallas affairs by threatening to designate the old St. Ann’s school on Harry Nines Boulevard a historical landmark. The diocese, looking for $11.3 million to finally settle all claims in the aftermath of the Rudy Kos child-abuse scandal, can raise $4 million of that sum by selling the architecturally insignificant structure to a developer.
