Are you tired of those damn Victoria’s Secret Bombshell commercials? Yeah, me too. I can tell you when I open a door to walk in a room with my bra and undies on, my hair does not start flipping in the breeze to intense electronic music. (Typically, what does happen, though, is I trip over my cat on the way to my t-shirt drawer. It’s very sexy.) On the other hand, it does not stop me from wanting to go shopping for new underwear and heels to impress someone. (Again, probably my cat.) Here’s a fun little opportunity to celebrate your bombshelliness (or to abolish your lack thereof). Victoria’s Secret is hosting Candice Swanepoel and Erin Heatherton (VS supermodels) and the VS team of makeup artists, in town from LA and NY, on Tuesday for the launch of the new Bombshell fragrance collection. The scent, which includes notes of passion fruit, grapes, peonies, vanilla, and pine, actually sounds worth making a lunch stop for. Plus, if you spend $40, you’ll turn into a supermodel. Just kidding. What will happen, though, is you’ll get autographs from the models, a makeover from a team artist, a quick shot of you to keep post-makeover, and a free t-shirt. It’s probably best if you call ahead to make an appointment—877-883-5794—but walk-ins will be welcomed. 12 pm to 2 pm at NorthPark. See you there, fully dressed.
