Following the BL beat, we’ve got fourth-season winner Bill Germanakos appearing as the special guest speaker at two weight management workshops on Saturday, January 24. Meant to inspire, motivate, and educate, the workshops are hosted by Methodist Weight Management Institute, and the first will be in the Hitt Auditorium at Methodist Dallas Medical Center from 9 to 11am. The second will be at the Methodist Mansfield Medical Center that afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30pm. Both are free and have complimentary parking, plus participants at both events will be eligible to win one year’s tuition in Methodist’s To Life! program, a physician-led program that combines behavior modification with nutrition and fitness for a complete lifestyle change.
