Dos Paisanos Salvadoran Food Truck will begin serving on Friday, February 17, at Sigel’s-Riverfront (I-30 and Riverfront) from 5pm to 8pm. Dos Paisanos comes from owner and operator Javier Bernal. He learned all about food trucks while working with Jack’s Chowhound and then Nammi Vietnamese. Dos Paisanos menu includes Mexican and Salvadoran such dishes such as a pupusa platters, tacos al carbon, fried plaintains, and Salvadoran tamales.
