California-based furniture company Marge Carson has opened a showroom in the Dallas Design District, only the second in the nation. Their large-scale collection is a natural fit for the local design scene considering the hefty square footage of the homes in Texas. (No, this is not the place to shop for your beach condo or city apartment.) Once the showroom was open for business, obviously a soirée was in order.
Showroom manager Dennis Teague greeted guests like interior designer and shop owner Kristy Adams and showroom owner Empress Gilbert in the two-story, 7,200 square foot space. Of course, our September/October issue of D Home, as well as our Design Book were artfully scattered across the beautiful showroom.
