Enter the Life In Color Contest Now

We want you. Or rather, we want photos of your most colorful rooms.

Did you know that I recently painted my walls a deep, dark shade? No, you didn’t. I am very into color at the moment, which is a good thing because April marks the kickoff of our second annual Life in Color contest.

Here’s how it works: You are designer who has created a colorful room (or two. Or three!) that you’re dying for the D Home team to see. You will go here to read some contest rules and then you will tell us a little about you and your room and upload some photos for us to have look at. You’re thinking, “Man! I don’t have time to get that room professionally photographed.” Turn that frown upside down,  silly person. Just snap a few shots with your iPhone and send them our way.

You have until April 31 to get us the goods. Now you’re asking yourself, “What’s in it for me?” (It’s weird how I can read your mind, right?) Well, you could win the contest and have your work show up in the July/August issue. You’ll also win a special treat from contest sponsors Benjamin Moore and Texas Paint and Wallpaper—a platinum level discount card (with no expiration date!) to Texas Paint & Wallpaper. Okay, now start submitting!
