Before we dive in to Caitlin’s take on that rather fetching bar cart to the right (spotted via design sponge), there’s business to attend to…a little congrats if you will. Due to her general awesomeness, Caitlin is no longer “lovely intern Caitlin.” She is now “lovely full-time staff writer at our sister publican, People Newspapers Caitlin.” Major props to Caitlin!
Ok, now for the bar cart. Lovely full-time staff writer Caitlin helps us pull one together that will stand up to your most festive holiday soiree with aplomb.

Bar carts are the secret weapon of every iconic hostess. Whether you prefer a glass of Bordeaux or a French 75 (yes, please!), the bar cart is a one stop for all your drinking desires. My wheels are already turning about holiday entertaining in my new place, and I’m gathering the necessary items to make my slurping station the focal point of the party.
Luckily, the bar cart is an area where you can be a bit quirky, so I searched high and low around Dallas for accessories that are sure to make entertaining a little more fun. These coasters that Ryan blogged about have been on the top of my Christmas list for sometime now, and the deer shot glasses are the perfect addition for mixing holiday libations.
