I am hosting book club at my house tonight. This should be interesting because I haven’t read the book. (I actually can’t recall what the book is even called.) Also my sweet pup Sissy Spacek has all but destroyed my home. But I’m hoping that I can distract my guests with talk about current events, huge glasses of wine, and maybe even a tap dance. Had I planned better, I could have picked up some of Library Books mugs ($20 at Kate Spade) for fun party favors. Next time. Until then, I better get the tap shoes ready.
