The columnist from Sunnyvale is on his game today. In today’s missive, he’s shocked to find through some Plano soccer mom reader that Details magazine had an article about anal sex. Hello? Doesn’t every issue of Details have an article on that? I mean, Details is the magazine that closeted gay men leave laying around as a signal to other closeted gay men, isn’t it? (Not that there’s anything wrong with that.) And heck, the issue had a cover shot of the actor from Harry Potter. What did she expect? The whole Harry Potter phenomenon is as gay as a goose. A story about young English boarding school boys who ride around with wooden sticks between their legs? (Not that there’s anything wrong with that.) Golly, Steve, with that cover story I’m surprised backdoor entry wasn’t the issue’s running theme.
Anyway, here’s a tip for the soccer mom reader — every Barnes & Noble has a children’s section.
