I missed this yesterday, where the DMN says records of who hold concealed handgun licenses shouldn’t be closed to scrutiny.
Gotta say I disagree. The purpose of sunshine laws is to shine light on what elected officials are doing, not pry into the lives of private citizens. Especially those who are among the most law-abiding and responsible private citizens.
