Michael Davis over at Dallas Progress sends me a note on the Cityplace deal.
The CityPlace plans may sound strange, but if they pull it off it would be genius. They have DART at their door (literally) and are across the street from a supermarket. Also right next to Target and the movie theatre.
The only drawback…no balconies.
I agree. The potential there is definitely worth the investment.
