Celebrate Chanukah
Shari Lewis and her playful puppets, Lamb Chop, Charlie Horse and Hush Puppy, celebrate Chanukah in this new family primetime special. Helping them enjoy the traditions, food, songs and stories of this happy Jewish holiday will be guest stars Alan Thicke, Pat Morita and Lloyd Bochner. Together they spin dreidels, exchange Chanukah gelt and make potato latkahs in their observance of this special occasion.

The spirit of the season is captured in this entertaining holiday special recorded at Dublin’s Point Theatre. In a lively and varied program, Como performs Christmas carols, traditional Irish songs and a number of his own hits. The audience joins along on such holiday favorites as “Santa Claus is Coming to Town,” “White Christmas” and “Jingle Bells,” and listens intently as Como concludes the show with a quietly emotional rendition of “Ave Maria.”
